STAYCATION: Spending the Night at Eurotel

With all honesty, my first impression with Eurotel was just another motel in the metro. You may ask why? Maybe because of the location, some of their branches are quite near with other inns or apartelle that caters short time stays. Another reason was the building color; I'll say, I'm used to how other hotels in the metro looked like.

But that changed when I, myself experienced staying in one of Eurotel's branches located in Angeles, Pampanga.

I was luckily included among those individuals selected to experience an overnight stay in Eurotel. Meetup was around 5pm in their Quezon City branch. There I finally got to meet in person, Ms. Divine. Also present were Willa with her son, Ed, Mervin and Ms.Ella, who works for Eurotel.

Our trip wasn't that long. Surprisingly, there wasn't that much traffic on the road.

We arrived in Angeles City, Pampanga around 7:15-ish in the evening. Welcoming us was branch manager, Ms. Gilda who was very accommodating; making sure that we were comfortable in our rooms and the hotel as a whole.

(from my instagram acct.)
The lobby was spacious! It was far from my imagination that it might look like a motel lobby. I admit, I was wrong..

Our room - Euro Suite 1..
DINNER!
First, we settled our things in our respected rooms and had our dinner. It was sumptuous indeed! I liked the crispy pinakbet among the dishes served. BURP!

Euro Suite 2
Then we had a short tour of the hotel. Aside from our room which is a Euro Suite 1, we also saw the Euro Suite 2. Unfortunately, not all of the room options were shown due to occupancy.

Our night didn't end just like that. We had a quick road trip around Clark. Casino hopping - up to the facade only. Afterwards, walked along the "Walking Street", previously known as Fields Avenue. It was street-long area with bars and restaurants.

Did I sleep right after that? No sir! I am pretty much awake. Grab some snacks in a nearby convenient store which I liked. I always tend to get hungry in the wee hours of the night. Watch a couple of movies, surfed the internet. By the way, WIFI connection in the hotel was good and I am very particular with that. I slept around 4am.

After an hour and half of sleep (I guess), took a bath, prep my stuff and had breakfast in their Cafe near the lobby. Dish options varies from Filipino - sinangag with 'ulam' of your choice to Western - bread and butter or corn flakes. Yum! Yum!

I would definitely love to come back and stay in Eurotel on my next visit in Pampanga. Might as well try their other branches. ^_^
